Academic Recognition
Earn up to 30 ECTS credits, which may be applied toward a traditional two-year MBA at participating universities.
STRUCTURE AND CONTENT
MODULE 1
4 weeks
A Nordic approach to modularization, mainly based on Danish academia.
Modules 1 explores:
- Modular architectures
- Modular product programs
- Modular product configuration
MODULE 2
5 weeks
American approaches to modularization, based on a selection of industry cases.
Module 2 explores:
- Modular product design
- Modular product platforms
- Modularization as competititive advantage
MODULE 3
5 weeks
Mainly German approaches to modularization, based on knowhow from NEM + partners.
Modules 3 explores:
- Modular tools, models, and strategies
- Modularization and circular economy
- Modularization in the automotive industry

Participants get insight into various aspects of and approaches to modularization from international experts in the field.

Each course day has an afternoon and an evening session of 2,5 hours each.
