The NEM Annual General Meeting will take place on April 22th from 10.00-12.00 – Virtual as Teams meeting: EXEC Members will receive a Teams invite.
Agenda according to the NEM Articles of Association.
Any written proposals to the Board of Directors to be submitted to admin@modularization.net – no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.
